Our goal is to build intelligence that helps people express what they mean and be understood.
We use expression to share what we know, work through ideas, and understand one another. Finding a way to say something often helps us understand it ourselves. That work deserves tools that take the thought behind the words seriously.
We believe useful intelligence needs to account for what a person means, who they are speaking to, and the circumstances of that conversation. A polished sentence is of little use if it changes the meaning or leaves out what matters.
People bring their own language, experience, and judgment to what they say. We want to help them express themselves more clearly without losing those differences. Their voice should remain their own, as should the decision about what to share.
This is what intelligence in expression means to us: helping people develop and communicate their ideas faithfully, so others can understand them.
