Data ownership
You keep the rights you have in the content you put into Weelkit, and Weelkit processes it on your organization's behalf. You can download your personal data as a JSON file, an organization's owner can download its records as a ZIP file, and you can delete your account or organization from settings.
Model usage
Weelkit does not train or fine-tune AI models on your content, and does not use Google user data to train generalized AI or machine-learning models. AI model providers receive a request only to produce the response, and the Privacy Policy names them.
Encryption and hosting
Credentials for the services you connect are encrypted before they are stored, and sign-in and provider requests use HTTPS. Weelkit's servers and database are in Nuremberg, Germany.
Built-in
safety & security
Access Control
Assign permissions based on each person's role, with built-in and custom roles. Sign in with Google, GitHub or Microsoft, turn on two-factor authentication, and let an organization require sign-in through its company domain.
Audit logs and alerts
Organization audit logs record who did what, and are kept for 90 days unless the organization sets a period between 30 and 3,650 days. People get an in-app and email alert for a sign-in from a new device or location, a password or two-factor change, and an account lockout.

Security measures, clearly stated

Frequently asked questions
How Weelkit works, what it connects to, and how to get started.
Weelkit connects content planning, AI-assisted drafting, review, publishing, and reporting. Your team publishes to a connected CMS, then reviews search traffic and observed AI citations to help plan new articles and updates.
AI drafting is one part of Weelkit. Your team can also review content, publish to a connected CMS, and examine article performance in the same workspace. Those results give you context for future briefs and updates.
No. You can publish to WordPress, WordPress.com, Ghost, or Sanity from Weelkit. Connect Google Analytics and Google Search Console to bring performance data into the same workspace.
Weelkit checks responses to the prompts you track and records brand mentions and page citations separately. These observations show what appeared in those responses, not every answer a person might receive. Results can vary between checks.
Weelkit is for teams that publish written content regularly and want to connect editorial work with performance reporting. That includes content and marketing teams, newsrooms, startups, and enterprises.
