Terms of Service
Simple terms for using Weelkit.
Last updated: 24 October 2026
1. Using Weelkit
Weelkit is operated by Weelkit Inc., a Delaware corporation in formation (“Weelkit”, “we”, “us”).
Send legal notices and questions about these Terms to [email protected].
These Terms cover your use of the Weelkit website, apps, and related services (the “service”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. A separate agreement signed with your organization takes priority where it conflicts with these Terms.
Weelkit helps teams research, write, review, publish, and measure content. We may limit access, features, or usage, and may change them from time to time.
2. Accounts and team access
You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use Weelkit for an organization, you must have authority to act for it. Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in details, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your organization controls its workspace and member permissions. Only access, upload, or connect information you are authorized to use. You are responsible for your own actions and for managing the access you grant to others.
3. Your content
You keep the rights you have in the content you submit. You give Weelkit permission to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to provide the service, follow your instructions, and maintain its security. This includes processing by service providers and sharing with the teammates or destinations you authorize.
You are responsible for having the permissions needed for your content, including personal information and copyrighted material. As between you and Weelkit, we do not claim ownership of your AI output. Output may not be unique or eligible for copyright protection, and it may be subject to third-party rights.
4. AI, publishing, and connected services
AI can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading results. Review facts, sources, rights, and suitability before relying on or publishing output. Weelkit does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, citations, or business results. Visibility reports reflect the observations collected, not every answer or search result.
Connecting a CMS, analytics account, AI service, or other integration authorizes the access and actions you configure. Those providers have their own terms and privacy practices. You are responsible for authorized publishing instructions; disconnecting a service does not undo content already published or data already sent.
Weelkit sends a message from a connected account, such as your Gmail address, only after you have reviewed the exact message and approved it. You are responsible for the messages you approve. How Weelkit handles information it receives from Google services is set out in the Google user data section of the Privacy Policy, and you must also follow Google’s own terms for those services.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Weelkit to break the law, infringe rights, expose information without permission, distribute malware or spam, impersonate others deceptively, or create abusive or exploitative content. Do not bypass access controls or usage limits, disrupt the service, or access another customer’s data without authorization.
Weelkit’s software, branding, and service design remain ours or our licensors’. These Terms give you permission to use the service, not ownership of it.
6. Fees and cancellation
If we offer you paid access, the price, billing period, usage limits, renewal, cancellation, and refund conditions will be presented before you agree to pay. Requesting access does not by itself create a paid subscription. Any applicable statutory cancellation or refund rights remain unaffected.
You can stop using the service at any time. You can delete your own account in your account settings under Data & Privacy, and an organization’s owner can delete the organization in its settings. Save or export the content you need first: deleted accounts and organizations are removed as described in the Privacy Policy, and continued access after closure is not guaranteed. Contact us for help with billing.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why, who receives it, how long we keep it, how to delete it, and how we use information we receive from Google services. If your organization provides personal information about other people, it is responsible for appropriate notices, permissions, and lawful instructions. A separate data-processing agreement may be needed for your organization’s use.
8. Availability and suspension
We may update features or interrupt access for maintenance, security, legal requirements, or misuse. We may suspend or end access for a material breach of these Terms. Where practical, we will explain the issue and allow you to address it; urgent security or legal issues may require immediate action.
Unless separately agreed, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a promise of uninterrupted access or error-free results, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Responsibility and limits
To the extent permitted by law, Weelkit is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or business opportunities. Our total liability relating to the service is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the preceding 12 months or US$100.
These limits do not exclude liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, or anything the law does not allow us to exclude or limit. Nothing in these Terms takes away mandatory consumer rights.
10. Changes and questions
We may revise these Terms and will identify the effective date of a new version. We will give reasonable notice of material changes before they take effect, unless an urgent legal or security reason requires otherwise. If you do not agree to a change, stop using the service before it takes effect.
For questions about these Terms or a legal notice, email [email protected]. For account requests or other concerns, use our contact page. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a dispute. This does not limit your right to seek legal remedies or contact a regulator.
